1. Services Provided

Pixelology Labs delivers enterprise-grade software development, mobile application engineering, UI/UX product design, cybersecurity consulting, data analytics, and digital transformation solutions to global corporate clients.

All specific project deliverables, timelines, milestones, payment schedules, and scope of work specifications shall be formalized under individual Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreements (MSA).

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing within a signed client agreement:

• All content, original design assets, trademarks, branding, code, and documentation displayed on this website are the proprietary property of Pixelology Labs and are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Upon full payment of project fees, bespoke source code and client-specific design deliverables created for the client shall transfer to the client as specified in the corresponding SOW.
• Pixelology Labs retains ownership over its pre-existing core libraries, developer frameworks, reusable component systems, and proprietary developer tooling.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

By using our website and digital services, you agree not to:

• Engage in unauthorized access, reverse engineering, scraping, or disruption of our servers and infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity or corporate entity during sales inquiries or client registration.
• Submit malicious software, viruses, or unauthorized automated requests.

4. Payment Terms & Billing

Invoices for professional services rendered by Pixelology Labs are payable according to the credit terms defined in your SOW (e.g., Net 15 or Net 30). Late payments may incur interest charges at the maximum rate permitted by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixelology Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.

6. Termination & Cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services or website immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users or business operations.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing our corporate jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
