Is there a way I can trigger direct communication from the customer WhatsApp number to my WhatsApp Business?

Yes. There is one API that can be embedded on your page that would navigate your user from your website or advertisement to WhatsApp app with a message to trigger communication. This is a URL and it’s free of cost. This is just to trigger communication between your WhatsApp business number and customer number, but no automation can be achieved with this approach. 

Can I create a QR code on my advertisements to navigate my users to WhatsApp?

Yes, the URL offered by WhatsApp can be embedded to your QR code. The audience can scan the QR code and the link will trigger the WhatsApp app to open the communication page with your number. This also creates a pre-configured message in the text box area.

Can I use an Indian number to send messages to my international users using WhatsApp API?
